The energeticallty enhanced, anti-aging drinks are listed below. There are various ways to use the Super-Ayhanized formulas.

In a seminar in Turkey, people in attendance who were polled typically preferred to drink 4 to 8 ounces a day although some were drinking up to 8 ounces 3 times a day. Also, people seem to prefer starting gradually and building up to higher amounts of formula.

In addition, people seemed to have the maximum effects when they drank the Super Ayhanized formula followed immediately by double the amount of pure natural water.

It is recommended to not refrigerate the Super Ayhanized formula and to drink it at room temperature. Also, some believe that the water should not even be frozen.

Spring water should be consumed regularly throughout the day. The level of activity and body weight determine the amount of water a person needs to maintain proper hydration. Furthermore, people need to drink 8-8oz. servings of water per day, adding more for each hour of activity (Source: International Bottled Water Association). It is important to use spring water that has been bottled close to the source.

There are many different ways to use Super Ayhanized Water. You can use the water for tea, coffee and for cooking. Blending it with juices has proved difficult. Somehow orange juice seems to be problematic although grapefruit juice seems to blends well.

Some have also tried and are very pleased with the effect of spraying it on the skin and washing the eyes with it, using an eye cup. Using a dropper and putting drops in the eyes seems to produce a different effect.

It can be mixed with food. Try it in your tomato sauce and see what it does to the acidity. Spraying it with a mister on tea bags also produces very interesting results.

It has a great effect on wine, which allows the wine to "age" in moments becoming smoother, less acidic. You will find it does the same with coffee.

A Word of Caution!

The nutritional drinks assist the body in the cleansing and detoxification process. When the body detoxifies quickly and is not flushed properly with enough water, symptoms similar to the flu may occur. If that happens, decrease the amount of formula and DRINK MORE SPRING WATER. Daily consumption of WATER is recommended at one half ounce of water per pound of body weight. If drinking a lot of water is new, start slow, drink small amounts more often, and allow the body to rehydrate. Many people experience weight loss by increasing daily water intake only.
